Can I use the gym during Small group fitness class times?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are welcome to use the gym any time during opening hours, the instructors may need an area or equipment, but they will work with you!

Do I have to pay by direct deposit?

Accepted Answer

No, we prefer Direct deposit, which is bank transfer from your bank directly to ours, as it is cheap and efficient. But you control it, always! You are also welcome to pay Cash, or Credit/EFTPOS card

No Locked in Contracts, is there a catch? fine print? "

Accepted Answer

You are agreeing to give us Notice on holiday or sickness leave, as soon as possible. Any Holiday leave, please give us at least one week or more notice, just so we can plan a budget, which we believe is fair and reasonable, otherwise a penalty of up to one week and an admin fee may apply and be invoiced!

Are young children allowed in the gym?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if they are well behaved and can follow simple safety instructions from adults!  We have a fold out crèche, which some ladies put toddlers in, or children may play in our toy area!
Again, as long as they are well behaved!  We have gym members down to 5-year-old in our PT classes!

Question 5

Is there a cut-out time before closing to get in by?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you need to be in at least 30 minutes before closing to get in a great work out, if no one is here we may close early, or if you call, text or Facebook message us that you are coming we will wait for you!  (or see the Class Timetable!)

Do you close for holidays?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have tried opening on Holiday weekends and Public Holidays but we have found most people prefer to have a holiday! Please see our Latest Timetable.
